Delivery & Order Information – Flooring

We appreciate that you may have some questions regarding delivery, pre-order, cancellation and return of items ordered online. Hopefully the information below will provide the information you need. Pricing – Flooring

Please note that flooring is priced per square meter but sold by the box. The area covered per box is listed in the drop-down quantity menu. For example: selecting 5.7 to add to cart means you are ordering enough flooring to cover 5.7m² of floor. Should you need help calculating how much flooring you need to order, please contact us. Please note flooring can only be sold in full boxes, we cannot sell partial boxes or accept as returns boxes of flooring which have been opened.

Delivery Charges - Flooring

Free nationwide delivery on orders over €250

For orders of less than €250, a nationwide delivery fee of up to €24.99 may apply depending on the product.

Local delivery (within a 25km radius of Bailieborough):

Free local delivery on orders over €250

Shipping Times for Flooring

We endeavour to ship your flooring order as speedily as possible. Generally, the estimated time frame for delivery is 1-3 weeks. On rare occasions deliveries may take longer - if there is a change or delay in expected shipping times you will be contacted by a member of our team and the utmost effort will be made to deliver your order is delivered as soon as possible. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers to ensure quickest possible delivery. Please note orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday.

Pre-order of Flooring

For items that are not currently in stock in our warehouse, in many cases we offer a pre-order service. This allows you to order your item in advance and secure your purchase ahead of it going on general sale. Your order will be shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse to expedite delivery. The delivery time frame for pre-order items is indicated in the product description beside the price tag.

Cancellation of your Flooring Order

You can cancel online orders and receive a full refund within 14 days of placing your order. Please note this does not apply to bespoke orders. Please contact us by email (returns@clarkesalbany.ie) or phone (0429665423) as soon as possible to notify us of your wish to cancel your order and a refund will be issued as speedily as possible.

Flooring Assembly /Installation

We do not offer a flooring assembly/installation service.

If your flooring is damaged or broken

Please check your goods within 24 hours of arrival. Check that there are no breakages, the product is what you ordered and the finish is correct. Any discrepancies must be reported to our online store within 24 hours of delivery, please email returns@clarkesalbany.ie to report any damage or breakages. We will always attempt to replace any damaged or incorrect products however if this is not possible we will refund you with the full amount you have paid for the products as well as any relevant delivery charges.

Change of Mind? Returning your flooring

Returning an item is easy! All returns must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email returns@clarkesalbany.ie to register a return. To be eligible for a return your flooring must be in its original packaging i.e. in unopened boxes, unused and in the same condition that you received it. While you will be charged for delivery costs relating to the returns, we are happy to arrange pick-up of your order by our couriers, please contact us by email (returns@clarkealbany.ie) or by phone (0429665423) to arrange a return.
