Delivery & Order Information – Rugs

We appreciate that you may have some questions regarding delivery, pre-order, cancellation and return of items ordered online. Hopefully the information below will provide the information you need. Delivery Charges - Rugs

Rugs are subject to a €9.99 delivery charge. This charge applies to all sizes of rugs.

Shipping Times for Rugs

We endeavour to ship your rug order as speedily as possible. Generally, the estimated time frame for delivery is 1-2 weeks. On rare occasions deliveries may take longer - if there is a change or delay in expected shipping times you will be contacted by a member of our team and the utmost effort will be made to deliver your order is delivered as soon as possible. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers to ensure quickest possible delivery. Please note orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday.

Cancellation of your Rug Order

You can cancel online orders and receive a full refund within 14 days of placing your order. Please note this does not apply to bespoke orders. Please contact us by email (returns@clarkesalbany.ie) or phone (0429665423) as soon as possible to notify us of your wish to cancel your order and a refund will be issued as speedily as possible.

If your rug is damaged

Please check your goods within 24 hours of arrival. Check that there is no damage and that the product is what you ordered. Any discrepancies must be reported to our online store within 24 hours of delivery, please email returns@clarkesalbany.ie to report any damage. We will always attempt to replace any damaged or incorrect products however if this is not possible we will refund you with the full amount you have paid for the products as well as any relevant delivery charges.

Change of Mind? Returning your rug

Returning an item is easy! All returns must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email returns@clarkesalbany.ie to register a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. While you will be charged for delivery costs relating to the returns, we are happy to arrange pick-up of your order by our couriers, please contact us by email (returns@clarkealbany.ie) or by phone (0429665423) to arrange a return.
