We appreciate that you may have some questions regarding delivery, pre-order, cancellation and return of items ordered online. Hopefully the information below will provide the information you need. Delivery Charges - Sofas
Free nationwide delivery on orders over €999
For orders of less than €999, a nationwide delivery fee of between €24.99 to €49.99 may apply depending on the product.
Local delivery (within a 25km radius of Bailieborough):
Free local delivery on orders over €999

Shipping Times for Sofas
We endeavour to ship your sofa order as speedily as possible. Generally, the estimated time frame for delivery is 1-3 weeks. On rare occasions deliveries may take longer - if there is a change or delay in expected shipping times you will be contacted by a member of our team and the utmost effort will be made to deliver your order is delivered as soon as possible. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers to ensure quickest possible delivery. Please note orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday.
Please note that we use courier partners for deliveries outside our local area. Some locations are beyond the geographical area served by these couriers. Regrettably, this means that delivery of products ordered is not always possible. Should this problem arise, we endeavour to inform customers at the earliest opportunity and a full refund will be issued.
Pre-order of Sofas
For items that are not currently in stock in our warehouse, in many cases we offer a pre-order service. This allows you to order your item in advance and secure your purchase ahead of it going on general sale. Your order will be shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse to expedite delivery. The delivery time frame for pre-order items is indicated in the product description beside the price tag.
Cancellation of your Sofa Order
You can cancel online orders and receive a full refund within 14 days of placing your order. Please note this does not apply to bespoke orders. Please contact us by email (email@example.com) or phone (0429665423) as soon as possible to notify us of your wish to cancel your order and a refund will be issued as speedily as possible.
Delivery Dates and Times for Sofas
Once your order has been processed you will be contacted by a member or staff to arrange a date and time for delivery. If you would like to book a date that suits you, please note this in the comments section when completing the checkout process and we will do our best to accommodate this request. Should you need to change your delivery date please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to re-arrange delivery.
Before Delivery of your Sofa
Prior to delivery, please ensure there is sufficient access and that your item will fit in the area where it is intended to go. Product dimensions are listed in the product description or can be provided by our online team.
Please ensure somebody is there to accept delivery, large items cannot be left without being signed for. Our third-party couriers are not permitted to carry items into properties, please be sure to have enough people on hand to carry your product into the delivery property.
Assembly of sofas is minimal. All sofas come with easy-to-follow assembly instructions.
We offer an assembly service by request within a 25km radius of Bailieborough. Within this local area, assembly of a sofa is free. Should you require packaging to be taken away, this can also be facilitated. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an assembly service beyond this 25km area, nor can we offer to take packaging away.
If your sofa is damaged or broken
Please check your goods within 24 hours of arrival. Check that there are no breakages, the product is what you ordered and the finish is correct. Any discrepancies must be reported to our online store within 24 hours of delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to report any damage or breakages. We will always attempt to replace any damaged or incorrect products however if this is not possible we will refund you with the full amount you have paid for the products as well as any relevant delivery charges.
Change of Mind? Returning your sofa
Returning an item is easy! All returns must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email email@example.com to register a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. While you will be charged for delivery costs relating to the returns, we are happy to arrange pick-up of your order by our couriers, please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (0429665423) to arrange a return.
